BACKGROUND:

In order to first learn about Aeacinos we must first understand his world and its concepts. It’s the year 4026 on the planet Noxutus. It’s a world that looks like ours and it even had the technology to mirror our own, but it had one thing Earth did not and that was magic. Another thing which it has that Earth did not, was that the entire planet was made of humanoid creatures that were essentially creations from the founding Zodiac deities that ruled the planet. These gods were once at peace with each other, joining together to create 13 separate pieces of the planet, they strove to create their portions of land in their image and thus form the world. Noxutus’ magic relied heavily on the zodiac deities as well as the stability of the planet; for there was a secret about Noxutus that only the god Rasalhague knew of and that was that it is parallel to Earth. This connection gave Rasalhague the means of seeing Earth and its people, which is why many of the devices and the technologies of Noxutus mirror Earth’s own. Rasalhague was basically implanting different thoughts and ideas into Noxutus' inhabitants, which allowed them to create many of the same things Earth had. Of course Earth was on an entirely different plane of existence, so the two never collided, but Rasalhague managed to filter and act as a muse for many scientists and people on Noxutus by tapping into the minds of the people on Earth and imprinting the scientists and people of Noxutus with similar ideas. For a while everything was peaceful and content between the 13 zodiac gods. Until one day when the goddess, Aldebaran decided to lay siege to the lands belonging to the god Ikhthues. Ikhthues’ lands and people, whom he created with pieces of his own soul and magic, were slaughter and Ikhthues himself was severely injured that he could barely remain an immortal being. Seeing this outraged Chrysomallus who then stepped in with his two fellow companions, the goddess Enki and the god Skorpios, and took down Aldebaran with little compassion for her misdeeds and sealed away the crazed goddess in the voids where Rasalhague lived. This all occurred around 3000 years prior to the current stories timeline. For about 1000 years it was peaceful and there were no wars since then, however an increasing amount of hostilities among the 11 gods grew and grew until one day it all came to a head.

Enki is the goddess that created Aeacinos when she needed an army against the treachery of Aldebaran. He along with 20 others formed a coalition to be perfect soldiers for Enki and her people. Aeacinos is one of the few that has the goddess’s complete trust and he is the one that is most devout to her. She created Aeacinos with a warrior’s emblem, a basilisk scale and a broken cloudy mirror. Aeacinos was a perfect warrior, born and raised with the ideal to fight for his people and for those who were important to him. The lands of the gods where mostly peaceful until one the sudden insurgence of a being changed all that.

It’s the current time of 4026 when the story really begins. Enki was the first goddess to be attacked by the wrong doings of a being called Ayanamsa. Ayanamsa is a being that would set to start a chain of events to tear down the walls between Noxutus and Earth and cause a cataclysmic event to occur between the two worlds. Ayanamsa is a being that had laid dormant within the depths of space for a right time to strike. This being was the anti-matter to Rasalhague. Created by the fear, anger, and pure distortion of magic used by the zodiac gods Ayanamsa was born. And it would see to it that its creators suffer as it saw fit.

Being that Aeacinos was so directly connected to Enki that when she was infected with Ayanamsa’s poisonous virus he along with the 20 other war generals in Enki’s army were infected as well. Under Enki’s direction Aeacinos and his warriors attacked the lands of Chrysomallus, the Ram god, and started to lay siege to his ships. Aeacinos, however, had a different task and that was to stop the Ram god’s confidant, Cerluizal, who was on a journey to find a cure for Ayanamsa’s virus. Aeacinos doesn’t encounter them until he finds a portal into Earth, created by Ayanamsa itself, which further degrades the barrier between Earth and Noxutus. Aeacinos winds up in the Baltic Sea where he begins to attack ships and much of the population claims him to be a “sea monster”, however Cerluizal and his own company know better and they wind up confronting the snake general. Cerluizal’s own guard Hassalar attacks Aeacinos while Cerluizal, who while in Noxutus derived a quick antidote to the virus uses it as a test on the now pinned Aeacinos. It works and the naga comes to his sense not really remembering much about the entire time he was afflicted with Ayanamsa’s virus. What he does recall is that the battles within Noxutus are getting out of hand and that Enki is pushing forward into Chrysomallus’ territory. Fearing the worst Cerluizal and his company try to find the portal in which they inadvertently walked through, but to no avail. Instead the humans that Cerluizal met and is now in the company of decide that perhaps a point of highly concentrated magical energy might exist in Earth now, due to the boundary between both worlds being weak.

They go to Falun Sweden, where they meet an occultist who tells them of a place in Romania, the black forest, where strange things tend to happen. With that knowledge they all head out there and arrive just as another tremor erupts through the entirety of the planet Earth. These tremors are from the instability between Noxutus and Earth getting greater and it also causes portals to open up where ley lines on Earth are. This theory proves true as Cerluizal is able to connect Rasalhague in the black forest and the god hurriedly explains that they all need to come back right away. The two humans with them at the time want to come along, since this now involved their own planet and therefore they should try to help in some way. Rasalhague reluctantly agrees and transports them back to Noxutus. He had meant for them to wind back up in Chrysomallus’ territory but instead they fall into a town ravaged by Enki’s army.

Aeacinos recognizes the destruction at the hands of his second in command, Ashamhal who winds up overpowering Aeacinos due to the extra power given to him by Ayanamsa. He buys enough time for Cerluizal and his friends to escape but is now branded as a traitor and taken back to one of Enki’s strongholds where he will be executed for treason. Unable to just leave Aeacinos to die Cerluizal contacts Chrysomallus and begs him to help the naga warrior. With three of Chrysomallus’ most powerful warriors and their armies they lay siege to the castle and break Aeacinos out, but not before the naga tries to knock some sense into Ashamhal and he asks Cerluizal to try that antidote of his on the other general as well. Chrysomallus agrees, thinking that the more of Enki’s generals they have on their side the better the outcome will be. So they cure Ashamhal who apologized profusely for his actions. There’s hardly any time to rest but after that battle they all need it before the can continue with this war. Chrysomallus transports them back to his territory and this is when Aeacinos arrives to Prismatica

PERSONALITY:

● strengths:

i. Loyal. Aeacinos’ loyalty is probably his greatest strength. He puts those whom he considers worthy and is aligned to first and foremost. As seen with Enki he will do whatever it takes to protect her and help her even at the cost of his own life. He will do everything in his power to help those whom he sees as a kindred spirit. He’s very protective and will put himself in harm’s way to keep the people who matter to him safe. Aeacinos is loyal to a fault sometimes as well, stopping himself from harming those he cares for even if he knows what they’re doing is wrong, it brings out a lot of inner conflict with the other and he often needs a guiding, if not, secondary voice to discuss the matter with.

ii. Clever. As seen when Aeacinos and the others were on Earth he uses his illusion magic to cloak everyone into looking human when they were on the spot and had to think quickly on how to blend in. Aeacinos in a fight always tries to find the enemy’s weakness before he engages in them, another testament to his cleverness and overall ability to keep his calm during fights. Having so many years of experience also aids him to his fighting mastery and allows him to fight with grace and uses a mixture of clever tactics alongside his own strength.

iii. Experienced. His age and his status as one of Enki’s generals makes Aeacinos one of the best generals and warriors on Noxutus. He has won countless battles and none who have fought him has lived to tell the tale unless he wishes for them to. His battle prowess spans from swords, spears, to even guns though he hardly likes using the latter as it feels cheap to him. As a proud warrior he’s also fair in his fights and will not belittle or use dirty means to get his advantage in a fight. Rather he uses his wits and his many years of experience to out maneuver the enemy instead. Feeling that using subterfuge is cheap and not honorable at all.

● weaknesses:

i. Hot-tempered. Aeacinos’ temper is his biggest flaw. More often than not he usually gets angry by those who do not believe in themselves nor their abilities. He doesn’t usually mean much by it and it comes from a good place, as a general he knows not to belittle his warriors. But his temper has often put him into situations that had he not just let the matter go they would not have happened at all. It’s also a source of weakness because it can, and has, blinded him at times from being more cautious or strategic with his methods of battle.

ii. Judgmental. When Aeacinos faced with a being lesser than his own he often thinks of them and a nonthreat. His views and judgement can be seen readily among humans mostly. He doesn’t fine their race particularly threatening but that’s also because he hasn’t seen much of the human world either. His judgment is based around seeing civilians’ more than actual soldiers or wars fought. But as quick as he is to judge he does change his views when proven or shown that he is in the wrong.

iii. Wary. After what has happened to him back in his world is more than wary of those around him, especially people with magic that can manipulate the minds of others. Having been under the control of Ayanamsa, Aeacinos is more or less wary of those who have magics that manipulate the mind. He doesn’t outright despise them but he will question and come off as guarded if he finds out the other has such magic at their disposal. He also Aeacinos is more wary of people around him than ever before, and gaining his trust is something that is hard to do, unless you prove yourself to him. He often tests people’s merit before he makes a friendship out of them and he will try to push people as far as possible to see their true colors. As a general his wariness is something that he just falls into when it comes to meeting new and unfamiliar faces. It might make him seem a bit cold and aloof but he feels his reasoning behind it is just.

POWERS/ABILITIES:

(I) Illusionary magic; Aeacinos is capable of making a wide array of illusions with his magic. The size of them is as long as 20 feet in diameter from where he stands and around 20 feet high as well, so essentially a dome. He can make his illusions reach out further, however the further they go the less full and more transparent they become. His magic drains him far quicker and the illusions will only last for a top of an hour long, depending on his strength.

(II) Water/Ice magic: Being of the water goddesses domain Aeacinos is able to control all forms of water. He can do simple spells like something akin to waterbending, or higher leveled spells like creating huge amounts of water like water spouts. His magic also allows him to form ice as well. As with his illusion magic the harder spells leave him drained more so than the lower level spells.

(III) Shapeshifting: Aeacinos transforms into his true form which is a giant basilisk looking snake. In this form he’s around 50 ft tall and can still communicate with speech. His scales, as well as in his hybrid form, are strong enough to block most sharp objects and projectile weapons as well like swords, knifes, and bullets. However things with electricity are extremely effective against him. He is also capable of transforming into a fully humanized form, however in this form he still retains patches of scales around his eyes and body along with keeping his clawed hands.

INVENTORY: Just his spear.

MOONBLESSING: Iris
